Features the technique of “manually fermenting” Trinitario cocoa beans (classified by the International Cocoa Council (ICC) in the top 10% of the world’s best “flavoured” beans), which helps to reduce bitterness and evoke a pre-taste of Vietnamese cocoa beans.
Ingredients: 100% pure cocoa powder, and 12% natural cocoa butter.
Applications: Hot drinks (hot cocoa, egg cocoa), cold drinks, and toppings for cakes.
Nutritional benefits: Protects the heart, relaxes the mind, increases memory, controls weight, is rich in antioxidants, and beautifies the stomach.

Additional information

– Basic cocoa preparation:

Hot: Mix 2 tablespoons of pure cocoa powder (about 10g) with 120 ml of water. Add sugar or condensed milk to taste. Stir well and enjoy.
Cold: Mix 2 tablespoons of pure cocoa powder (about 10g) with 50 ml of water. Add sugar or condensed milk to taste. Shake well with ice cubes and enjoy.

– Storage: You just need to fold the mouth of the bag twice to seal it after using the powder and use a paper clip to clip it, place it in a cool and dry place.

– Expiry date: 2 years from the date of manufacture.
