1. Shipping Policy

There are 2 delivery methods:
+/ You buy directly at Heyday’s company or store.
+/ Delivery to your place at your request.

2. Shipping time

– Delivery time is about 3 – 5 working days (excluding Sundays and holidays), from the date of closing the order or as agreed with you when placing an order.
– Inner city of Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang: 1-2 days (if you want to receive within the day, please contact Heyday to adjust the shipping fee).
– Other areas: 3-5 days (depending on the area, according to the policy of the delivery service of the shipping units).

*Note:
– In case of force majeure the delivery takes longer:
+/ Heyday can’t contact you, so we can’t deliver.
+/ The delivery address you provided is incorrect or difficult to find.
+/ The number of orders spiked, causing the processing of orders to be slow.
+/ The delivery unit is slower than expected.

3. Delivery cost

Depending on the region, the system will notify you at the payment step, or customer service will notify you when confirming the order.

– Inner Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang: 15,000 VND.
– Ho Chi Minh area (Binh Chanh, Thu Duc, Cu Chi, Hoc Mon), Da Nang (Hoa Xuan, Hoa Khanh, Lien Chieu): 25,000 VND.
– Other provinces: 30,000 VND.

4. Geographical restrictions on delivery

Particularly for bulk orders, Heyday will rely on the delivery service of shipping companies and the shipping fee will be calculated according to the fees of the shipping service providers or according to the contract agreement between 2 sides.
